Courtney B. Means, CPA - President
President, Courtney Means joined Dolence Advisors in 2006 and became a Partner in 2018. With over 14 years of experience, she provides a variety of tax and accounting services to corporations, trusts, partnerships, and high net worth individuals including income tax planning and advising and IRS correspondence and representation.
Courtney is a Florida Gulf Coast University graduate and a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida. She is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA).
In her spare time, Courtney enjoys playing with her Labradoodle puppy, Molly, and country line dancing. "I'm a pencil skirt and high heels by day/daisy dukes and cowboy boots by night kinda girl."

Martin E. Dolence - Founder
Marty founded our firm in 1982, after working in public accounting in Pennsylvania for many years. As Vice-President, Marty is focused on meeting with new clients and expanding new services to our existing clients.
Marty graduated from Duquesne University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Marty loves sports, especially the Pittsburgh Steelers, Chicago Bears, and Cincinnati. He is also a WWII buff. He really enjoys our yearly themes for tax season. He has been Super Tax Man, a presidential candidate, and believes he missed his calling to play James Bond!
Laura Zischkau - Office Manager
Laura Zischkau joined the team in January 2019 as an Administrator and Client Services Representative. She comes to us with 10 years of banking experience, 5 years of law firm management and a vast knowledge in estate planning. She is responsible for greeting clients and answering the phones while providing administrative support to the staff.
When she is not at the office, she is spending time with her family and her dog Gizmo, attending the woman’s FCGU basketball games, going to concerts, shopping and soaking up the Florida sunshine.
Kassandra Gonzalez - Staff Accountant
Kassandra joined our firm in January, 2021. As the newest member of your team, she is eager and excited to learn and grow as a professional. Kassandra assists with preparation of personal, corporate and tax returns. She is involved in a variety of accounting services including QuickBooks bookkeeping, bank reconciliations and payroll tax returns.
Kassandra graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University in December, 2020 with a bachelor's in accounting, and soon will obtain her CPA. In her spare time, she enjoys
being at home watching movies with her fiancé and dog, Lucky. Kassandra loves animals, and likes to visit Siesta Key.
